Still have a question?
We’ll tell you everything!
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.
Which companies have already organized an escape game with you?
More than 350 companies have trusted us, from large groups to SMEs. They include Sodexo, Schneider Electric, BNP Paribas, BPCE, Crédit Agricole, Sopra Steria, CGI, Salesforce, Klaxoon, Worldline, Lesaffre, OPCO Mobilités, Converteo and Shine. Some asked us for a one-off team building event, others for an awareness program or an onboarding program repeated throughout the year.
How many employees have taken part in your escape games?
More than 50,000 employees have played our formats, online and on site. An online session brings together 8 to 500 participants at the same time (more on request), covering anything from a project team to an event for an entire business unit. The case studies on this page show, for each client, the initial challenge, the format chosen and the results observed.
What results do your clients get?
Participants rate every session. Our team building missions have an average rating of 4.73/5. For awareness training, the average activity rating is 4.86/5 and the average learning rating is 4.37/5. Beyond the ratings, clients mention how usually quiet people got involved, and how the conversations carried on after the session.
Do you have references in my sector?
Probably. We have worked with banking and insurance (BNP Paribas, BPCE, Crédit Agricole), consulting and digital services (Sopra Steria, CGI, Converteo), industry (Schneider Electric, Lesaffre), services (Sodexo), tech (Salesforce, Klaxoon, Worldline, Shine) and vocational training (OPCO Mobilités). Tell us your sector when you get in touch: we’ll share the client stories closest to your context.
Can you handle a large-scale rollout?
Yes. A single online session brings together up to 500 participants (more on request), and because sessions are quick to prepare, you can run date after date to cover several sites, several countries or several intakes of new starters. Our Game Masters host the session and support the teams during the game, whatever the total headcount.
Can we talk to a client who has already organized a session?
The case studies published on this page and on our blog (Enedis, Accenture Belgium, ADN Ouest, Milleis, RSM, Triptease) already detail the context, how the session ran and participants’ feedback. They give you a concrete idea of what your teams will experience and what the organizers took away.
What does a case study include?
Each case study follows the same thread: the initial challenge (bringing scattered teams together, raising awareness across a branch network, welcoming new starters), the format designed to meet it (scenario, online or on site, customization), then the results measured at the end: participation, ratings and verbatim comments. You can filter case studies by topic to quickly find one close to yours.
