Is there an affordable end-of-year activity that is still good quality?
Yes. An online escape game avoids the cost of a venue, catering and travel, which weigh heavily on an end-of-year party. You only pay for the game, from €3.75 excl. VAT per participant, for four weeks of activity instead of a single evening.
How long does the activity last?
About 15 minutes per episode. You choose 3 or 4 episodes, which means 45 minutes to an hour of play per person across the whole of December.
Do all employees have to play at the same time?
No. Everyone plays whenever they like during the week, between two meetings or during a coffee break. All episodes stay open until the end: an employee who was away can catch up in one go.
How many employees can take part?
From a few dozen to 5,000 employees: a single link is enough for the whole company. You create as many teams as you need (departments, sites, countries).
Does the activity work if our teams are on the same site?
Yes. The online Christmas activity suits remote teams just as well as teams working in the same offices. On a single site, the leaderboard comes up in every chat at the coffee machine, and the friendly rivalry between departments is immediate.
Can we run a Christmas challenge between departments or sites?
That is the heart of the game. There are leaderboards by player, by team and by puzzle. You can hide individual names to keep only the team leaderboard, and announce the winning team during your end-of-year greetings.
Do we need to install any software or app?
No. The game opens in a web browser on a computer. Employees sign in with their work email address through a link sent by email, with no password to remember.
Is the game suitable for employees who never play games?
Yes. Hints unlock step by step, and a hint becomes free if a player is stuck for too long. There are two difficulty levels: easy to bring everyone on board, hard for puzzle lovers.
Can we customize the activity with our company branding?
Yes: your logo, the mission name, your teams, your opening dates and an easter egg hidden in the game just for you (your mascot, an in-house expression, a colleague's first name). This customization (worth €300 excl. VAT) is free for any booking made before November 7.
Is the game available in English for our international teams?
