Why raise awareness
through play?
Attention is a scarce resource. With complex topics, top-down formats (slides, speeches) often run out of steam. Play turns that logic on its head.
An active role
No more sitting back and watching. In our scenarios, nothing happens unless participants take action.
Emotion creates memory
A PowerPoint presentation is soon forgotten, but a lived experience stays with you.
The power of the group
Faced with complexity, nobody wins alone. Our game mechanics make people talk, listen to each other and compare points of view.
Customization
An experience in
your company’s colors
Show your commitment with a personalized introduction video.
Share your initiatives by customizing the eco-friendly habits in the game.
Get your employees on board with your approach and promote your content with a tailored follow-up email.

Still have a question?
We’ll tell you everything!
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.
Why use a game for awareness training rather than e-learning?
Because an active participant remembers more than a spectator. In e-learning, you can click through without reading; in our scenarios, nothing moves forward unless the team takes action. Each player holds unique information, so people have to discuss, argue their case and compare points of view on the topic. The emotion of the game and the teamwork make the message memorable, whereas a presentation is quickly forgotten.
Which awareness topics do you cover?
Five scenarios cover the main topics led by CSR, HR and IT departments: CSR, responsible digital, disability inclusion, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Each one takes 1h30, online or on site, in French or English. They are designed for all employees, with no technical prerequisites, and each topic page details the concepts covered and the sources used.
How does an awareness serious game work?
In three stages. An introduction video places the session within your company’s approach. Next comes the mission, in five steps: at each step, the team solves puzzles, watches a short recap video, then answers a quiz to reinforce learning that earns bonus points. Finally, a summary and discussion go back over the key figures, the good habits and participants’ questions.
How many employees can we reach in one session?
From 8 to 500 participants at the same time, split into teams of 1 to 4 or 1 to 6 depending on the topic. The same session can reach a project team or an entire department. Preparation is quick, so you can run several sessions back to back to cover every site or every intake of new starters.
Can the content be adapted to our company’s policy?
Yes. The introduction video can be personalized to present your commitment and the context of your approach. The good practices highlighted in the game can reflect your own initiatives and internal rules, and a tailored follow-up email extends the session by pointing to your own content (charter, intranet, contacts).
How do we measure the effectiveness of the awareness training?
The quizzes played at each step show what the teams have retained, and each participant rates the activity at the end of the session. Across all our awareness sessions, the average learning rating is 4.37/5 and the average activity rating is 4.86/5.
Can the session fit into our training plan?
The serious game works well as part of a wider program: launching a campaign, a highlight in an annual program or an onboarding module for new starters. A training sheet describes the learning objectives and the running order, which makes it easier to present to your training teams or your management.
When should we organize an awareness session?
Key dates in the calendar are a good reason to get people involved: Cybersecurity Awareness Month in October, European Disability Employment Week in November, European Sustainable Development Week or Digital Cleanup Day for the environment. The game also works outside these dates, for example when new employees join or when you launch an internal policy.
How much does an awareness serious game cost?
From €35 excl. VAT per participant. The final price depends on the number of participants, the topic, the format (online or on site) and the customization you choose. To compare with e-learning or a hosted workshop, request a quote with your headcount and timeline: you will receive a detailed proposal, customization included.
Is the awareness training online or on site?
Both formats are available. Online, each employee plays from their browser, on video via Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, with nothing to install: practical for remote teams or teams spread across several sites. On site, a Game Master hosts the session in person with tablets and cases of clues. In both cases, hosting is available in French and English.
How long does it take to customize the game?
Every customization is tailor-made: logo, mission name, your company’s best practices, intro video, follow-up email. On our side, we can deliver it within 48 hours. The timeline mostly depends on how long it takes you to send us your materials and approve them internally.
What do you receive after the session?
A full report, ready to share internally: the attendance file (who took part, and at what times), satisfaction survey results, player quotes and souvenir photos of the session. Everything you need to measure the impact of the initiative and report on it to management.
Are you Qualiopi certified? Can an OPCO fund the game?
Not yet: we are not Qualiopi certified today (Qualiopi is the French quality label for training providers), so the game cannot be funded by an OPCO (French training funds). We are working on it for the coming months. In the meantime, after each session you receive the attendance file and the satisfaction survey results: everything you need to document the awareness initiative.
