Why eco-mobility can’t wait any longer

Getting to work and traveling for work weigh heavily on a company’s footprint, as well as on employees’ daily lives. Changing habits means understanding the issues, knowing the alternatives and feeling supported.

  • Transport, the top emitter

In France, transport is the largest source of CO2 emissions (32% of the country’s total). Commuting and business travel are a concrete lever for the company.

  • Solutions that depend on where you live

47% of trips are made by car in Paris and its urban area, compared with 74% in rural areas. Walking, cycling, public transport, carpooling, electric vehicles: there is no single answer, which is why it helps to know all the options.

  • A matter of buy-in

Facilities, allowances, mobility plan: company schemes only work if people know about them and understand them. Awareness training makes people want to try, and anchors new habits over time.

Content built on trusted sources

Our scenario draws on scientific publications and recognized frameworks, so your awareness training stays up to date and in line with what the authorities expect.

Still have a question?
We’ll tell you everything!

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.

  • How do you raise employees’ awareness of eco-mobility?

By starting from their real journeys rather than big principles. Our escape room puts them in a realistic situation: in teams, they solve puzzles, discover alternatives to driving alone and test what they have learned with reinforcement quizzes. The final wrap-up goes back over the most striking figures and your company’s mobility policy, so everyone knows what to do from the next day.

  • How does it relate to our employer mobility plan?

The employer mobility plan, encouraged by France’s Mobility Orientation Act, organizes the company’s measures: facilities, allowances, carpooling, working hours, business travel. The game does not replace it: it makes it known. The introductory video and the wrap-up can present your schemes, so your employees know what exists and make use of it.

  • Is eco-mobility awareness training mandatory?

No text requires a specific format of awareness training. However, France’s Mobility Orientation Act encourages mobility plans, which are mandatory for some employers depending on their situation, and sustainability reporting (CSRD, refocused in 2026 on the largest companies) or client expectations push companies to show that the approach is understood internally. A group session is concrete evidence that is easy to document.

  • Can the session be run remotely?

Yes. The game opens in a web browser, with no software to install, and is played over video call: your employees have no travel to do, which fits the subject. Online, all your sites can take part on the same day in a single session. The game is also available on-site, in French and in English.

  • How long does the session last and how many people can play?

Allow 90 minutes: an introductory video, a five-stage mission (puzzles, a recap video and a reinforcement quiz at each stage), then a wrap-up and discussion. Participants play in teams of 1 to 4, and a single session can bring together 8 to 500 people (more on request) at the same time. Setting up a session takes about 5 minutes.

  • Can we include our own mobility policy?

Yes. The introductory video can be customized to present your sustainable mobility policy, the eco-actions highlighted in the game can reflect your own schemes (allowance, carpooling, bike parking, flexible hours, business travel rules) and a tailored follow-up email points to your internal resources.

  • What sources does your serious game draw on?

The content is based on recognized references: the IPCC for the climate framework, ADEME for data on transport and travel, The Shift Project for decarbonization, and MyCO2, Carbone 4’s simulator, for carbon footprint orders of magnitude. It also places these issues within the French framework: the Mobility Orientation Act, the sustainable mobility allowance, the employer mobility plan and the CSRD.
