Virtual team building : Strengthen team cohesion with a collaborative escape game

An online escape room is one of the few activities where nobody just sits watching behind their screen. In our games, each player sees a different screen and holds unique clues: the team has to talk, listen and share out roles to make progress. The game is played on video via Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, with nothing to install, and brings together colleagues working from home as well as teams spread across several sites.

Our online team building missions start at €25 per person. The total depends on the number of participants, the scenario you choose and the format: online, or on site with a Game Master in the room. For an accurate price, give us your headcount and date in the quote request form.

Two one-hour missions, available in French and English. “Mad Scientists!” (intermediate level, teams of 3 to 4): your team of researchers must find an antidote to a virus. “Covert Operation” (expert level, teams of 4 to 5): your strategists must free an agent whose cover has been blown in the Sahel. The first suits beginners; the second is for teams who enjoy a tough challenge.

From 8 to 500 participants at the same time. Players are split into teams of 3 to 5 depending on the mission, and each team plays its own game before the overall rankings. The same event can bring together a department of fifteen people or an entire business unit.

Allow 1h30 in total. The mission itself lasts one hour, against the clock. Beforehand, a Game Master explains the rules and forms the teams; afterwards, a debrief in small groups comes before the results and best times are announced to everyone. This format fits easily into half a day at an offsite, a team meeting or the end of the working day.

Yes, that is actually the most common use of the online format. Each employee logs in from their office, branch or home, and teams can mix sites to build connections that don’t exist day to day. The missions and hosting are available in French and English, so you can include overseas subsidiaries in the same event.

Our Game Masters. They welcome participants, introduce the scenario, follow each team during the game and give a helping hand when a team gets stuck, so everyone gets to finish the mission. Online, they host on video; on site, they are in the room. You have nothing to prepare or host: you choose a date, we take care of the rest.

Yes. On site or in a mobile format, a Game Master comes to your offices or your offsite venue with tablets and cases full of clues, and sets up a light set. The format encourages face-to-face interaction and works well for kick-offs, offsites and HR events.

No. The puzzles are solved through observation, logic and above all sharing information between teammates: no special knowledge is needed. The intermediate level of “Mad Scientists!” suits beginners, and our Game Masters help teams who get stuck. Experienced players will be in their element with “Covert Operation”, our most challenging mission.

Each team plays against the clock. At the end of the game, the results are announced to everyone: you find out which teams completed the mission and how quickly, which creates friendly competition between departments or sites.
