AI awareness training for employees : Make artificial intelligence a tool everyone uses with confidence

  • French and English
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • On-site or online

Your teams already use generative AI, with or without guidelines. Our escape room helps them discover, as a team, how it works, what it can do, its limits and the right habits for using it without exposing company data.

Why AI literacy can’t wait any longer

Generative AI arrived in offices faster than the rules to govern it. Used well, it saves time; poorly understood, it produces convincing errors and lets confidential information slip out.

  • It is already in use

Writing, summarizing, translating, coding: your employees are already trying these tools, sometimes with personal accounts. It is better to support them than to find out afterwards what data has been shared.

  • A European framework

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act has required companies that use AI systems to promote AI literacy among their teams. A collective awareness session is a practical, traceable way to respond.

  • Very real risks

Made-up but convincing answers, bias, data leaks, energy consumption: understanding how a language model works is the best protection against blind trust.

Everyone has a role !

Game screen: a cinema where each player has their own role, with an introduction video and speech bubbles between teammates.

An experience designed to encourage mutual help and collaboration between participants.

Every player gets a decisive role in the adventure. No one can move forward alone. No one can win without the others.

Our escape games turn communication into a reflex, mutual help into a habit and the team into a strength.

3 steps to support learning

Our teams take care of everything to ensure a smooth experience tailored to your needs, whatever the number of participants.

  1. 1. Introductory video

Set the scene for the awareness session within your company’s AI strategy and usage rules.

    10 minutes

  2. 2. Mission

Discover the key issues of artificial intelligence through 5 stages, each made up of:

    • PuzzlesMini-games to solve as a team, for a fun and collaborative way to learn.
    • Recap videosConsolidate your learning with recap videos after each stage.
    • Reinforcement quizzesMemorize the most important information and win bonus points.

    60 to 75 minutes

  3. 3. Wrap-up and discussion

Discuss the most striking figures and the actions people can take, and answer questions.

    10 minutes

What your teams will
master after the session

Beyond the game, the scenario is designed to build lasting habits. After the session, your employees leave with a clear framework and practical actions they can apply at work straight away.

  • Understanding generative AI

Know that a language model predicts likely words rather than ‘knowing’ facts. Demystify what AI can do, and what it cannot.

  • Identifying the right use cases

Spot the tasks where AI saves time (summarizing, rephrasing, first drafts) and those where it has no place. Start from your own job, not from the technology.

  • Protecting data

Know which information should never be pasted into an AI tool, choose the tools approved by the company and apply GDPR reflexes.

  • Checking before sharing

Recognize a ‘hallucination’, cross-check an answer, ask for sources and verify them. Keep final responsibility for what you publish or send.

  • Writing good prompts

Give context, a role, an expected format and examples. Improve an answer step by step rather than starting all over again.

  • Using AI sparingly

Understand the environmental impact of generative AI, choose the most suitable tool for the task and avoid unnecessary requests.

Still have a question?
We’ll tell you everything!

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.

  • Is AI training for employees mandatory?

Since February 2025, the EU AI Act (Artificial Intelligence Act) has required companies that use AI systems to promote AI literacy among their staff. Since its amendment in July 2026, it sets neither a format nor a minimum level per employee: it is up to each company to choose its actions. A documented collective awareness session is a practical response that is easy to demonstrate.

  • What will your employees learn about artificial intelligence?

The game covers five themes: understanding how generative AI works (and why it can be wrong with total confidence), spotting useful use cases in your own job, protecting data and complying with the GDPR, writing effective prompts, and using AI sparingly. The goal is not to train experts, but to give everyone a common foundation and habits they can apply straight away.

  • Do participants need technical knowledge?

No. The scenario is designed for all employees, from business teams to managers, with no prerequisites. Concepts are discovered through action as the puzzles unfold, then consolidated with short videos and reinforcement quizzes. People who are already comfortable with AI get plenty out of it too: team discussions often bring up uses and risks that nobody had thought of.

  • What is the difference between AI awareness and AI training?

AI awareness gives everyone a common foundation: what AI is, what it makes possible, its limits and the company’s rules. Training goes deeper into a specific tool or business use, for a targeted audience. Our escape room is an awareness tool: it reaches everyone in a single session and paves the way for more technical training for advanced users.

  • What data can you share with generative AI?

This is one of the central questions in the game. Participants learn to spot the information they should never paste into a consumer tool (personal data, client information, confidential documents) and to favor the tools approved by the company. The session is a chance to remind everyone of your own usage charter, which we can include in the introductory video and the follow-up email.

  • How long does the AI awareness training last, and for how many people?

Allow 90 minutes. Participants play in teams of 1 to 6, and a session can bring together 8 to 500 people (more on request) at the same time. The scenario is played online, in a web browser and over video call on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, or on-site with a Game Master, in French or English.

  • Can the game be adapted to our tools and our AI charter?

Yes. The introductory video can present your AI strategy and the tools available to your teams, the good practices in the game can reflect your charter, and a tailored follow-up email points to your internal resources (usage guide, designated contacts, advanced training).
