Employee awareness: a crucial issue for committed companies

Raising employee awareness has become a major issue for companies committed to responsible digital (also known as green IT or sustainable IT). Employee awareness and involvement are essential to anchor responsible practices in organizations for the long term. In addition, according to the MEDEF's National Barometer of CSR Perception, 83% of employees say they enjoy working at their company if it rolls out a CSR strategy, compared with only 64% in companies that do not have one. To meet this need, innovative and engaging initiatives can be put in place, such as our escape game sessions on responsible digital.

A discovery session organized with ISIT

With this in mind, we organized a discovery session in collaboration with ISIT-BE. It is a think and do tank based on the same model as the French Institut du Numérique Responsable. Founded in 2020, its goal is to promote responsible digital in Belgium and internationally. During our session, we brought together about twenty member organizations. The aim was to introduce our escape game format dedicated to responsible digital. Participants dived into a collaborative and fun experience while learning about the stakes of sustainable digital technology.

Our escape game was a real success!

The session was a resounding success, as the participants' feedback shows. The activity scored 4.72 out of 5, with a 100% recommendation rate. Among the comments, you can read enthusiastic feedback such as: "A very good activity to do as a team to discover responsible digital (even more so when everyone is working remotely!)" (translated from French). These testimonials perfectly illustrate the positive impact of our format on participants.
