This page explains what personal data the escapegameenligne.com website collects, what it is used for, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It applies to this website only. The data of participants in our game sessions is described in a dedicated document provided to our clients.

Who is responsible for your data?

SAS Escape Game en Ligne (The Wokies brand), 2 impasse des Ligures, 44840 Les Sorinières, France. Data protection officer: Clément Lemerle, who can be reached at contact@escapegameenligne.com.

What data do we collect, and why?

Quote or demo request

First name, last name, business email address, company and, if you wish, your phone number, the number of participants, the language, the preferred period and your message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and to send you a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Newsletter subscription

Your email address, to send you our news. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Audience measurement and cookies

Only if you accept: pages viewed, where you came from and how you navigate the site. Details and your choices are on the Cookie policy page.

We never sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

Who receives your data?

Only our sales team has access to it, along with the following technical service providers:

  • HubSpot: management of quote requests and contacts. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
  • Brevo (France): sending the newsletter, and a backup email to our team if HubSpot is temporarily unavailable, so that no request is lost.
  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Google Analytics: audience measurement, only with your consent.
  • Microsoft Clarity: anonymized analysis of how the site is used (clicks, scrolling), only with your consent. Information typed into forms is not recorded.
  • LinkedIn (Insight Tag): aggregated statistics on visitors’ companies and job functions, only with your consent.
  • YouTube, Vimeo and the HubSpot calendar: loaded only when you click on a video or on the appointment booking calendar.

How long do we keep your data?

  • Quote requests that do not lead to a contract: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
  • Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, then for the legal retention periods for accounting records.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum. Your cookie choices: 6 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict its use or receive it in a readable format. Write to us at contact@escapegameenligne.com: we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes (opens in a new tab).

Security

The website runs entirely over HTTPS. It does not store any form data itself: each request is sent directly to HubSpot. Technical logs contain neither names nor email addresses.
