A turnkey team building activity for Lyon companies
Lyon is France's second-largest business hub, with many regional and national headquarters. The requests we receive often involve large events: an annual kickoff, a regional convention, a seminar bringing together teams from all over the Auvergne-RhĂ´ne-Alpes region.
The on-site escape game is a good fit: up to 100 participants at the same time, split into mixed teams, with a final leaderboard that creates real group energy. No venue to book: a room with one table per team is enough.
For an offsite seminar, we also come to estates and event venues around Lyon, from the Monts d'Or to the Beaujolais.
Where do we operate in Lyon?
Across the whole Lyon metropolitan area, including:
La Part-Dieu
The region's main business district, steps from the high-speed train station.
Confluence
Recent headquarters, tech companies and event spaces.
Gerland
The health and life sciences district, with its large campuses.
Villeurbanne and the Carré de Soie
Offices, business parks and headquarters in eastern Lyon.
How does an on-site escape game work?
Arrival
The Game Master sets up in your room, puts one case on each table and introduces the mission in a few minutes.
The mission
Each team opens its case: a tablet and physical clues. They have to search everything, connect the leads and share out the puzzles.
Support
The Game Master moves from table to table, nudges teams who are stuck and keeps the suspense going right to the end.
The finale
Rankings announced, debrief and photos. Allow 1h30 in total, including the welcome.
For which occasions?
The end-of-year party
A highlight before the meal or the evening, mixing departments instead of leaving everyone with their usual team.
Offsites and conferences
At the start of the day to get the energy going, or late in the afternoon to let off steam. We come to your offsite venue.
Onboarding and kick-offs
The quickest way for colleagues who only know each other by email to meet: new starters, branches, merged teams.
A team day at the office
No need to book a venue: a meeting room with one table per team is enough.
