Two formats to welcome your new hires

  • Online

For remote or multi-site teams: everyone plays from their own computer, on video.

    • 8 to 500 participants at the same time
    • Teams, Zoom or Meet, nothing to install
    • Game Master on video
    • Ideal for multi-site intakes
  • On site

For an onboarding day or a welcome offsite: a Game Master brings one game case per team.

    • Up to 100 participants
    • At your offices or offsite venue
    • Game Master in the room
    • 7 major French cities, elsewhere on request

Your values and your content, built into the game

Every onboarding mission is customized: your new hires leave with the information they need for their first weeks, without feeling they sat through a presentation.

  • 1

    Your welcome

Your logo, the mission name and an intro video from your leadership or HR team.

  • 2

    Your values

Puzzles that reveal your values, your story and your key figures, solved as a team.

  • 3

    Your landmarks

Practical information for the first weeks: contacts, tools, rituals, found along the game.

  • 4

    Your follow-up

A follow-up email with the key takeaways, and the session report: attendance and satisfaction survey.

A typical session

  1. 01

    Welcome

A welcome word, a video from your leadership or HR, then the rules.

  2. 02

    Teams

New hires are split into mixed teams: departments, sites and roles meet.

  3. 03

    The mission

One hour of puzzles where everyone holds unique clues: no one can move forward alone.

  4. 04

    Debrief

Key takeaways, leaderboard and discussion. Allow 90 minutes in total.

A question about onboarding? Here are the answers

Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.

  • Why an escape game for onboarding?

Because the first days are all about meeting people. In our missions, every player holds unique clues: new hires have to talk and help each other from the very first minute. They remember your messages better than in a presentation, and they leave knowing their colleagues.

  • Can we include our values and internal information?

Yes, that is the whole point: logo, mission name, welcome video, puzzles about your values and story, practical information for the first weeks. Every customization is tailor-made; on our side it can be ready within 48 hours, and the timeline mostly depends on how quickly your content is approved.

  • How many new hires can play together?

Online, 8 to 500 participants at the same time (more on request). On site, up to 100 participants. For regular intakes, we run a session for each new group.

  • Can onboarding be done remotely?

Yes. The online format is played on Teams, Zoom or Meet, with nothing to install: it suits new hires working remotely or spread across several sites and countries, in English or French.

  • How much time should we plan?

90 minutes in total: welcome and rules, one hour of team mission, then the debrief and leaderboard.

  • What do you receive after the session?

A full report: the attendance file, the satisfaction survey results and souvenir photos, to share with your HR teams and managers.
