The context

An international team brought together for a day

On 19 November 2025, SCOR gathered around sixty employees from the same international team for a team meeting offsite at Châteauform’ Saint-Aubin. Colleagues based in several countries, brought together in the same room for the occasion.

The organising team wanted to use the day to strengthen ties between colleagues from different countries, with a highlight to share together, on site.

The challenge

A highlight for 60 people, in English, in less than a month

  • Get everyone playing at once

60 employees active throughout the session, split into 10 mixed teams rather than watching from the sidelines.

  • An activity in English

As the team is international, the mission had to run in English, the group’s common language.

  • Fit into the offsite venue

The offsite took place at a Châteauform’ venue: the activity had to fit into an existing room, with no special set-up.

  • A short lead time

First call on 21 October for a day on 19 November: less than a month to organise everything.

The solution

Secret Agents, played on site with our game cases

We suggested two scenarios: Secret Agents, our team building mission, and Responsible digital, our awareness format. SCOR chose Secret Agents, in English, for a pure team bonding moment. The order was confirmed three days after the first call.

  1. Preparation

Room set-up coordinated with the Châteauform’ team. On SCOR’s side, only the number of participants had to be confirmed: no equipment or app to provide.

  2. Arrival

The Game Master places one game case per table and introduces the mission in a few minutes.

  3. The mission

Each team opens its case: a tablet that runs the mission and physical clues to search, cross-check and decode together. The Game Master moves from table to table.

  4. The finale

Ranking announced, a podium photo and a photo of each team, sent to the organising team afterwards.

The results

A mission completed by every team

Figures from the session and from the satisfaction survey filled in by the teams at the end.

  • 10/10teams reached the end of the mission, less than half an hour apart from first to last
  • 9.2/10average recommendation score for the experience
  • 100%very satisfied with team dynamics, clarity of instructions, length and materials
  • 100%say the activity strengthened collaboration

In their comments, participants mostly mentioned the competitive spirit, the teamwork and the variety of puzzles (“the different kind of challenges”), and one of them summed it up: “It was fun ❤️”.
