CSR training escape room : Make CSR a team reflex
French and English
- Duration: 90 minutes
- On-site or online
Climate, resources, working conditions, ethics: your company’s CSR strategy only comes to life when every employee understands it. Our escape room turns it into practical challenges to solve as a team, to move from the roadmap to everyday actions.

They trusted us to engage their teams
Why CSR can’t wait any longer
Companies are expected to account for their impact by their clients, their funders, their future talent and the regulations. A CSR strategy that exists on paper but is unknown to teams goes nowhere: it is won on the ground.
Growing expectations
Tenders, client questionnaires, job candidates: CSR has become a deciding factor. Employees are the first ambassadors of your commitments, provided they know what they are.
A changing framework
Sustainability reporting, duty of vigilance, pay transparency: French and European rules are moving fast, and so are their thresholds. Whatever the size of the company, large clients expect proof of commitment from their suppliers.
A question of buy-in
CSR cannot be decreed by a committee. It moves forward when everyone understands what it changes in their own job, and sees that their actions really count.
Content built on trusted sources
Our scenario draws on scientific publications and recognized frameworks, so your awareness training stays up to date and in line with what the authorities expect.

Still have a question?
We’ll tell you everything!
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about organizing, running and pricing our online escape games for businesses.
How can you raise employee awareness of CSR without making them feel guilty?
By starting from their daily work rather than big numbers. Our escape room turns your CSR approach into practical challenges to solve as a team. People search, make mistakes and understand together, without judgment. The debrief then turns this awareness into realistic team commitments that apply as soon as everyone is back at work.
CSR escape room or Climate Fresk: which should you choose?
The two formats complement each other. The Climate Fresk is a reflection workshop in small groups, focused on the mechanisms of climate change, which takes about three hours. Our escape room focuses on action and cooperation: 90 minutes, for 8 to 500 participants (more on request) at the same time, online or on-site. It lets you engage large numbers of people before going further with volunteers.
Is CSR awareness training for employees mandatory?
Not as a general rule. No law requires every company to train its employees in CSR. However, sustainability reporting (CSRD, refocused in 2026 on the largest companies), the duty of vigilance and client requirements all push companies to show that their approach is known and shared internally. A collective awareness session is tangible proof, and easy to document.
How long does the CSR activity last, and for how many people?
Allow 90 minutes: an introductory video presenting your CSR strategy, a multi-stage mission (puzzles, a recap video and a reinforcement quiz at each stage), then a wrap-up and discussion. Participants play in teams of 1 to 4, and a single session can bring together 8 to 500 people (more on request), online or on-site, in French or English.
Can we include our own CSR commitments and figures?
Yes. The introductory video can present your strategy and goals, the good practices highlighted in the game can reflect your own initiatives, and a tailored follow-up email points to your internal content (sustainability report, intranet, ambassador network). Your employees leave with their company’s commitments, not generalities.
When should you run a CSR activity in your company?
European Sustainable Development Week is a natural highlight, as is the publication of your sustainability report or the launch of a new roadmap. The game also works for onboarding new starters: it introduces them to the company’s commitments from the outset. Online, all your sites can take part in one single event on the same day.
Can the game be used as a CSR team building activity?
Yes. Like all our scenarios, it relies on collaborative mechanics: each player holds unique information and nobody can succeed alone. Teams share a real moment of cohesion, with a final ranking, while working on a substantive topic. It is a good option for a company offsite where you want to bring people together and get a message across.
